Invitation to Bid

The Towns of East Longmeadow, Agawam and Longmeadow, the awarding authorities, invite sealed bids for Winter Salt Bid in said East Longmeadow, Agawam and Longmeadow and will be received by the Superintendent of Public Works of East Longmeadow at his office at the Town Hall, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, Massachusetts 01028 until 11:00 AM, Thursday, September 11, 2008 at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked  “WINTER SALT BID” endorsed with the name and address of the Bidder.

Any documents and specifications, and bid forms will be available as of August 21, 2008,
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday – Friday and may be obtained at the Department of Public Works at the Town of East Longmeadow, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA,

The Towns of East Longmeadow, Agawam and Longmeadow and their respective Departments of Public Works reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding if it be in the public interest to do so.
