Our mission in the East Longmeadow Public Schools is to promote achievement and accountability in all endeavors as we educate today for the challenges of tomorrow.

District SMART Goals

Goal 1
All students in ELPS will be provided high quality instruction in a Tiered Instructional Model that will ensure their individual needs are met and will lead to increased student achievement as measured by state and local assessments.

Goal 2
All student data is utilized to inform instructional decisions and shared with all stakeholders. Transparent, timely, data-driven decisions will lead to improved student performance.

Goal 3
All ELPS stakeholders will continue to foster a safe, nurturing, and respectful learning and working environment.

Goal 4
All resources will be aligned to effectively meet District goals and objectives.
