William Fonseca called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

7. NEW BUSINESS
7.1 BP Principal Contract – Kathleen Hill from July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2013, first reading, no edits.

7.2 ELHS Principal finalist interviews (James Connolly, Paul Goodhind and Michael Knybel).

Robert Mazzariello moved to adjourn at 8:08 p.m. Gregory Thompson seconded the motion and it was approved upon a roll call vote:
