LETTER FROM BOARD OF SELECTMEN – REGARDING BIKE TRAIL:

Mr. Burack then left the room. Mr. Maybury stated he owns land along the rail trail property, but will make sure there is not a “conflict of interest”. As there was only one Board member present and a quorum did not exist, it was decided that the discussion be tabled until the next meeting. Mr. Burack then returned to the meeting.
