To the Residents of East Longmeadow:

 

The valuation of Real and Personal Property for fiscal year 2005 is $1,454,793,188,an increase of $285,113,928  over the previous year.

 

This year it was voted to have a tax rate of $16.90.   The FY2004 tax rate was $20.73

 

During the past year, there were 63 new dwellings. During the year, the following were processed through our Office:
