The valuation of Real and Personal Property for Fiscal Year 2009 is $1,852,981,080, an increase of $39,366,769.
The FY 2009 tax rate is $16.26. The FY 2008 tax rate was $16.06.
During the past year, there were 14 new dwellings along with 396 building permits. During the year, the following were process through our office:
