Thank you the over 200 registered East Longmeadow volunteers who got up early on a Saturday to pick up nasty, old litter at last year's (2022) Earth Day Cleanup Event! We collected over 500lbs of recycling and 2.5 tons of trash! East Longmeadow was buzzing with folks who found some of the most strange trash including a fish tank, a child's jeep, a bag of shoes, a boat & unidentifiable large metal & wood things! Great job to everyone to help make this a great event. The Earth thanks you.
A special thank you to all our sponsors and businesses that donated prizes!

What people are saying about #ELEarthDay 2021...
"I was distressed about the trash on 83 & Meadowbrook. I walk an 1 hour a day & see a lot of trash. I called to say I am so happy to see "Angels from Heaven" in white shirts cleaning up. Thank you for all you did to organize the day." - T.H.
