ELCAT has recently published a series to highlight important information on the School Building Project. The most recent video, “Important Info #2: Debt Exclusion”, explains the approval and borrowing process for the new high school and pool project. A debt exclusion vote to approve borrowing for the both projects are scheduled for November 7, 2023.
