Join us at Brew Practitioners for a casual conversation about 40R, "Smart Growth" development and its ability to create great neighborhoods.

The event will feature Smart Growth aficionado, André Leroux, followed by some time for Q&A and then casual chit chat.

André supports community efforts to become more livable, welcoming, and thriving. A native of Worcester, he currently leads MassINC’s Gateway Cities Innovation Institute where he convenes a network of mayors, managers, and leaders from 26 municipalities. Prior to this, he spent more than 12 years as the executive director of the Massachusetts Smart Growth Alliance, a coalition of environmental, housing, and planning organizations.
