At the time you or your child graduated, withdrew or obtained a certificate of completion from East Longmeadow Public Schools, you received a letter explaining how long educational records will be saved and the procedure of obtaining a copy of your records.

All Special Education student files for the town of  East Longmeadow Massachusetts from the years 2002-2019 are available to be picked up at East Longmeadow Public Schools Central Office located at 1 Nordent St, East Longmeadow.  If you have not picked up your student records please contact 413-525-5450 to make an appointment to do so.  

All remaining student records from 2002 - 2019 will be destroyed on May 31, 2024. Transcripts will remain available.
