The East Longmeadow Board of Assessors is reminding all commercial and industrial property owners of the approaching May 16, 2016 deadline for submission of their Income & Expense form. The information provided will remain confidential and will be used to establish income and expense schedules for rental properties.

In accordance with M. G. L. Ch. 59, Sec. 38D, failure to submit the requested information may result in a penalty that would be added to the ensuing fiscal year tax bill.

The Income & Expense forms are available in the assessor’s office.
