The Board of Assessors is conducting a cyclical inspection program.  In order to adhere to the Massachusetts Department of Revenue guidelines, all properties must be inspected on a periodic basis in order to ensure data accuracy.

The Assessor’s office anticipates the inspections to continue through June.  The process takes a few minutes and eliminates the estimating of data. A representative working for the Assessing office will be visiting approximately 2,000 homes to verify and update the data on record.  The representative will have Town of East Longmeadow Identification.
