As a reminder, the fourth quarter fiscal year 2013 Real Estate and Personal Property tax bills are due on Wednesday, May 1, 2013. The Collector’s Office will remain open until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1st for those who cannot make it by 4:00 p.m.

These bills were mailed at the end of December along with your February payment stub

For your convenience, the Town Hall also has a mail slot by the entrance closest to the stone and Town of East Longmeadow signs facing the rotary.

You can also pay your bill on-line by accessing our website at www.eastlongmeadowma.gov.

Real Estate bills can now be paid with VISA, MasterCard and Discover Card in the Collector’s Office. Please note: There is a convenience fee added by the credit card companies; the new reduced rate is 2.5% of the total charge.

If you fail to pay your tax bill by this date, as per Massachusetts state law, interest will accumulate at 14% from the bill due date, or May 1, 2013.
