The Recreation Department is located at 328 North Main Street, East Longmeadow. We share a building with the Council on Aging.

The Recreation Department office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

For all programs, please sign your child up according to the grade he/she is currently enrolled in. For preschool programs, the child must be the specified age by the last day of the activity. Exceptions to these rules are at the discretion of the Recreation office or instructor of the desired program.

If you are late to register for an activity, your child’s name will be added to a waiting list and you will be contacted as openings for that activity become available.

If your child is unable to participate in an activity and we are notified within a reasonable amount of time, we will be able to refund the fees paid. Check our refund policy for a complete description and timelines.
