Please submit all DVD requests by email. Please provide the program title or subject, and the date of the event, if applicable.
DVD copies of ELCAT Programs are $6 per disc. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up at the high school front office. Please pay by check made payable to the Town of East Longmeadow, with ELCAT DVD in the memo line.
We will mail up to three discs for an additional $1.50 per order. Please be sure to include your mailing address.

Local government, clubs, community organizations, churches, schools, and other not-for-profit entities may submit notices for the electronic bulletin board. Limit submissions to the most pertinent information, as space is limited to the equivalent of a single PowerPoint slide.
We will not accept press releases as bulletin submissions, nor can we include your graphic files. Submit the information at least one week in advance by email.
