The Town of East Longmeadow is seeking applications from residents to fill vacancies on the Board of Health.  

The East Longmeadow Board of Health consists of three members appointed by the Town Manager with at least one member being a physician. Appointments are for staggered three-year terms. The Board has administrative, planning and policy responsibilities for the health functions of the Board of Health office which maintains records of health complaints, nuisances, unusual diseases or illnesses and deaths, issues permits and licenses and coordinates health inspections. The Board of Health shall perform any state or federally mandated functions, or such functions as may be established by Town bylaw.
