Senior Work-Off Abatement Program (SWAP)

Senior Work-Off Abatement Program (SWAP) Applications for the 2026 Calendar year are available online and at the Pleasant View Senior Center after July 1, 2025.  Completed applications are due September 30, 2025, at the Pleasant View Senior Center.  





  1. At what age can you apply for the SWAP?
  2. Do I have to own the property in order to apply for the SWAP?
  3. Is there a minimum amount of years I have to own and occupy a property in East Longmeadow to apply for the SWAP?
