Pay Your Bill
**Please Note: Bills are considered PAID when the payment is RECEIVED by the Collector/Treasurer's Office. Interest and fees may apply to overdue bills. Postmark is not accepted.**
We have several means by which to pay your bill:
- Our red 24-hour Drop Box located next to the main entrance of Town Hall (do not put cash in box). Envelopes are available for your convenience.
- By mail or in person at Collector/Treasurer, Town of East Longmeadow, 60 Center Square, East Longmeadow, MA 01028
- By mail at our LockBox at Department 6100, PO Box 4110, Woburn, MA 01888-4110
- Online at UniPay Gold
- Over-the-phone at 413-525-5400 ext. 1050 or option 4
Most bills can be paid in the Collector/Treasurer’s office with cash, personal check, money order, bank check, or credit/debit card. Checks should be made payable to “Town of East Longmeadow”. We cannot accept post-dated checks. If you do not have a bill to remit payment with, please indicate what you are paying on the memo line (type of bill, address, parcel ID, account number, license plate number, etc.)
Exceptions: Some overdue excise and personal property bills cannot be paid with personal check. Please call our office to verify if your overdue excise or personal property bill can be paid with a personal check.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: We accept payment from all major credit/debit cards. There is a non-refundable convenience fee per transaction. VISA Debit cards have a flat fee of $3.95. All other credit/debit card fees vary based on transaction amount. Click here to view convenience fees.
ACH: We accept payment by checking account (ACH). There is a non-refundable convenience fee of $0.50 per cart.
BILL-PAY/E-CHECKS: We accept checks via your banking institution. Please make sure to use current bill/account information to ensure your payment is posted correctly.
RETURNED CHECKS: Returned checks will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.
RECEIPTS: If you would like a receipt for your payment, please include the entire bill (including the “taxpayer copy”) along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
DEPUTY COLLECTOR: Our Deputy Collector for overdue excise and personal property tax is Kelley & Ryan. Bills that have been turned over to Kelley & Ryan can be paid online at https://kelleyryan.com/, through the mail: Deputy Tax Collector, PO Box 203, Milford, MA 01757, or in our office at Town Hall.
