- How do I change my mailing address for my bills?
- For real estate tax and personal property tax bills, please contact the Assessor’s Office at 413-525-5400 ext. 1600 or option 6 or email them at assessors-staff@eastlongmeadowma.gov
- For water/sewer bills, please contact the Department of Public Works at 413-525-5400 ext. 1200 or option 5 or email them at dpw-office@eastlongmeadowma.gov
- For excise tax bills, please change your address with the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
- How can I get a receipt for my payment?
- With your payment, please include the full bill (including the “taxpayer copy”) along with a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- I never received my bill. How can I pay without it?
- Please call our office at 413-525-5400 ext. 1050 or option 4. You may also email us at collector@eastlongmeadowma.gov. We may be able to mail you another copy or give you the bill information needed to make your payment.
- Some bill images are available online for current bills. Please visit our bill pay site UniPay Gold, look up your bill, and click "View Bills" for the most recent bill images.
- I received an excise bill for my vehicle/boat which I no longer own or is no longer in East Longmeadow. What should I do?
- Please contact the Assessor’s Office at 413-525-5400 ext. 1600 or option 6 or email assessors-staff@eastlongmeadowma.gov to inquire about an abatement.
- I received a real estate tax bill, but my taxes are escrowed, paid by my lender. What should I do with the bill?
- By law, we are required to send the real estate tax bill to the assessed owner on record. If your taxes are to be paid by your lender, they may ask you to supply them with a copy of the bill, they may contact us for a copy, or, most likely, they may obtain a copy from our bill printers. If this is the case, you should keep your tax bill for your records, especially when filing income taxes next year.
- I believe my property is overvalued. What can I do?

- I have a question about my water/sewer reading. Who can help me?

- How can I obtain additional information about my tax bills/payments?
- Please email collector@eastlongmeadowma.gov for information requests. Please be specific in your request, and please include contact information.
